Hi, I’m Sukhman
Psychology Aspirant • Researcher • Professional Writer • Student of Spiritual Philosophy
I’m a psychology aspirant, professional writer, researcher, and the creator of Yogazenlife.
For more than 8 years, I have worked professionally in research and content development across different industries and projects. My work has involved researching complex topics, preparing detailed reports, contributing to books, and writing content for websites and knowledge-based platforms.
Writing and research have always been an important part of my professional journey, but over time I realized that something deeper was still missing in my life.
During a transformative phase of my personal journey, I found myself naturally drawn toward meditation, spirituality, yoga philosophy, and the study of the human mind. What started as curiosity slowly became a continuous search for deeper understanding.
The more I explored these subjects, the deeper the journey became. One text led me toward another, one philosophy opened the door to newer questions, and gradually I found myself studying ancient yogic teachings, meditation practices, mindfulness, consciousness, psychology, Ayurveda, and spiritual literature from different traditions and cultures.
I believe that wisdom should never be limited to a single religion, ideology, or perspective. Because of this, I explore teachings and spiritual books from multiple religions and philosophical systems with an open mindset and genuine curiosity.
My purpose is not to promote blind beliefs, but to understand and share ideas that help people explore themselves more deeply.
Yogazenlife was created as a space where I could combine my professional research and writing experience with my growing understanding of spirituality and yoga to share meaningful knowledge with others.
The articles published on this website are inspired by ancient texts, spiritual books, yogic philosophy, psychological insights, real human experiences, and extensive personal research.
To make complex ideas easier to understand for modern readers, I also use modern research tools and AI-assisted methods for organizing and simplifying information responsibly.
Every piece of content on Yogazenlife is written with the intention to encourage thoughtful exploration, self-awareness, inner balance, and authentic learning.
This platform is for readers who want to go beyond surface-level wellness trends and genuinely explore yoga, spirituality, meditation, consciousness, and the deeper dimensions of human life.
