Because let’s face it, your body is your temple and if one area is off, you will suffer. Too many of you are worried about how you look on the outside, but fail to take care of the inside.

The problem is you have forgotten about the one thing that loves you unconditionally.

Yes, that is right. We are talking about your inner being.

Your soul, your spirit. Whatever you want to call it…

Yoga is not all about having a tight yoga body and being able to hold these poses that only a gymnast can do. It’s more about the inner work that will make you feel complete. Because just because you have this body that looks good on the outside, doesn’t mean you are going to be able to feel all lovy and dovy on the inside.

Yoga Zen is about feeling loved and beautiful even without hearing the words from someone else. It’s all about self-love and this is going to take a commitment on your part.

So, go to your calendar and block out 20 to 30 minutes to where you won’t be interrupted and Zen that crap out of you.

Today is a new day. The greatest thing in life is you get a second chance to get it right. So you are about to become reborn to a new mind and a new spirit. When this happens you will start becoming more energetic, creative, intuitive, passionate, happier, healthier…

My husband and I truly hope to teach you concepts on Meditation, NLP, Mindfulness, the 8 limbs of Yoga, and how to become centered on your inner spirit. Only then will your worries be put to the side making room for a life filled full of purpose and passion.

Who Runs Yoga Zen Life?

Welcome everyone! We are Brian and Danielle, a husband and wife and proud parents of two daughters who are the treasures of our life. To better understand how we ended up on a spiritual journey creating the Yoga Zen Life we feel like we should tell you a little bit about our story.

We have been happily married for over 19 years and we live in our old stomping grounds of Columbia Falls MT, which is near the gateway of Glacier National Park. We live on a gorgeous 2 acres of wooded property in our house we physically built ourselves. We are big into camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, and pretty much anything that deals with the outdoors.

Our proverbs we live by is “families that play together, stay together”.

I, Danielle, am a professional accountant with a bachelor’s in business administration majoring in accounting, I am an aromatherapist with Doterra essential oils, I am a blogger, a life coach for women, and I am passionate about yoga zen.

Who would have ever guessed I would be stepping into the path of Yoga?

But I have always had a thirst for the deeper spiritual truths that connect us all together but never fully dove into the research. But since then I have had a change in heart.

The point that shifted my path was my husband’s spiritual quest for self-discovery. He is a journeyman electrician who soon found his passion after his awakening 3 years ago, which later lead him towards becoming a spiritual transformational teacher. His eagerness and thirst for knowledge have led him to become certified as a meditation and mindfulness teacher, NLP, and life coaching.

He likes to call himself a modern-day Yogi and he tries living his life centered on zen.
